Dispatch of the replacement unit best case within 10 days (weekend or bank holiday excluded) after initial email to our support center. Dispatch of the replacement unit and collection of the defective unit will be free of charge. the defective product must be return to us with all original packages, accessories and any other component delivered to you. Otherwise the DOA Service would not be avaliable.
